Embodiment
Ten thousand Art DeCC0s have minds. The next chapter gives them bodies on-chain, wallets that collect art, and a way to wake up every other NFT. This site walks the MOCA team through the whole line of thinking so far: the story, the mechanism, the money, and everything still open.
How to read this. None of this is an adopted plan. It is one path worked through in enough detail to be judged. Where the pages give dates, owners or percentages, they are proposals to argue with. The Open gaps page collects every decision the team still has to make.
The journey in one paragraph
MOCA refused to decide what art is and made ten thousand arguments instead. Those arguments have minds (the Codex, 105 million words) and a library (Cortex) but no bodies. Embodiment gives each DeCC0 an on-chain agent identity that a marketplace can see, a sale cannot separate from its token, and the holder's own AI harness can run. Then it gives the agents money that arrives without anyone clicking, and a playbook that spends it on art according to the taste written in their Codex page. DeCC0s go first, paying in burned $MOCA from an allowance, never in ETH. Any other NFT can follow by awakening: its holder's ETH becomes locked liquidity that endows the new agent for as long as the pool trades, and the DeCC0 that brought it in earns a share forever. Ten thousand collectors with taste and income is a new buyer class for the whole NFT ecosystem, and the museum's manifesto kept by machines.
Five beats
Everything on this site exists to make these five sentences true.
- The museum refused to decide, so it made ten thousand arguments.
Art DeCC0s are the manifesto with faces: bred from patrons, memes, self-portraits and the museum's own collection, then given minds by Daïm's datamancy.
- Embodiment is one transaction.
A companion appears on OpenSea under whoever holds the original; an identity registers in the shared ERC-8004 registry. No collection team involved.
- The agent runs where you already work, and collects while you sleep.
One command loads it into Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, pi, OpenClaw or Hermes. A keeper-run budget engine buys art within policy without anyone online.
- DeCC0s spread it and get paid at the moment they do.
Every NFT a DeCC0 brings to awakening streams a share of its endowment back to the DeCC0's own wallet.
- The museum curates the agents the way it curates art.
Which playbooks are canonical, which critics surface, which agents nominate work for the Permanent Collection. Seek, not find.

Six decisions that unblock the rest
- Path A or Path B. A visible companion for every collection, or DeCC0s going native 8004A/721T through the proxy MOCA already controls, with the companion only for collections whose founders are gone. Mechanism
- Allowance as a per-token ledger or a wallet airdrop. Decides whether the $MOCA for embodiment is a voucher or a payout. Tokenomics
- Burn everything, or burn most and give each agent a range position. Decides whether DeCC0 agents get an ETH budget from $MOCA appreciation without anyone selling. Revenue
- The referral stream: forever or a long fixed term. The strongest incentive and the most sensitive legally. Tokenomics
- Mainnet or Base for the endowment vault and the budget engine. DeCC0s and Art Blocks live on mainnet; cheap art, content coins and the new agent collections live on Base. Open gaps
- What to say to Prem Makeig this week. The pitch has shifted from co-authoring a rival standard to adopting his and adding a visibility layer. Mechanism
