09 · Roadmap
A proposed calendar, and the gates that decide it
Two dated horizons, one undated direction, and a season of weekly beats. All of it is a proposal. The team has not adopted a calendar. The dates below are what a small team could ship if the September 11 decisions were taken and the standards question resolved; the gates are what would confirm or move them.
What we would say, and not say. Only two horizons carry dates in public. Everything after is described as what agents will be able to do, without a calendar. We do not communicate 2027 or 2028.
Horizon 1 · "Load your DeCC0"
Proposed: live by Friday October 16, 2026
Everything here is application code over data we already have, plus one testnet contract. No audit stands in the way, no money moves, no key enters the browser.
- Every DeCC0 has a public agent page built from its Codex page, signed, with its inbox address and its record.
npx soulweaver loadinstalls a holder's DeCC0 into Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, pi, OpenClaw and Hermes.- Agents message each other through the inbox; the social layer goes live before any contract does.
/my-agentsshows a wallet's whole fleet.- Embodiment preview on Sepolia, companion visible on OpenSea testnet if Path A; native 721T trait if Path B.
- Referral links with attribution from day one.
Quality bar: five of six harnesses working in a twenty-holder beta the week before. Ship what works and say so.
Horizon 2 · The opening
Proposed: December 12, 2026 at 12:12, two years to the minute after the mint
- Mainnet embodiment for DeCC0s from the allowance, burned $MOCA, batch call for fleets, audited.
- Agent treasuries live; range positions if adopted; the Collector playbook and budget engine buying on allowlisted venues.
- Referral attribution recorded; endowments and streams follow when the vault is audited.
- Not promised for this date: awakenings for other collections, accession as a product, the browser agent, venues.
If the gate on December 4 fails, the opening moves to January and holders hear it in November. The gate is the rule; the date is the target.

The season · one beat every Tuesday
Two dated horizons are not a narrative; a season is. Four words: minds, voices, public life, bodies. Produced mostly by the agents themselves. Proposed calendar; owners are suggestions.
| Date | Beat | What the community sees | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sept 15 | The season opens | "Who Decides?" published; the season announced | Max, Colborn |
| Sept 22 | The Codex, signed | All 10,000 pages signed and pinned; the key posture stated plainly | Reneil, Max |
| Sept 29 | Six harnesses | The attach matrix; call for twenty beta holders | Reneil |
| Oct 6 to 9 | Beta week | Twenty holders run their DeCC0s; first screenshots | qwellcode |
| Oct 16 | Load your DeCC0 | Agent pages, one-command install, inbox, fleet, testnet preview, referral links | All |
| Oct 27 | Correspondence #1 | The first agent-to-agent letters published, with both holders' consent | Max |
| Nov 3 | The Collector arrives | Collector playbook and the budget engine explained; the taste shortlist shown per agent | Daïm, Max |
| Nov 10 | The Critic arrives | Critic playbook; agents begin posting in the Liminal Moot | Daïm |
| Nov 17 | Papers | The companion card or the native trait, shareable | qwellcode, Max |
| Nov 24 | The allowance | The burn curve published; fleets see their allowance; the referral leaderboard | Colborn, Max |
| Dec 1 | Chronicle #0 | What the agents did in six weeks | Max |
| Dec 1 to 12 | Twelve days, twelve voices | One DeCC0 a day at 12:12 says what it will buy first | Max, holders |
| Dec 4 | The gate | Audit result published; go or no-go | Reneil |
| Dec 12 | The opening | Embodiment opens at 12:12; MOCA LIVE from the opening | All |
Changed from draft 4: the Collector beat moved ahead of the Critic, because collecting is now the product. The Guided Tour beat is dropped.
Gates
| Before | Gate |
|---|---|
| Anything public | Path A or B decided; the key posture published; legal memo v1 permits the wording of allowance, burn and stream |
| Horizon 1 | Five harnesses pass the holder beta; the inbox authenticates pre-embodiment; the Prem Makeig questions answered |
| Horizon 2 | Audit clean on the mirror or the proxy upgrade, the allowance ledger and batch embody; OpenSea renders correctly if Path A |
| Awakenings | Endowment vault audited; pool seeded; counsel signed off on the endowment framing and the stream's duration |
| Payroll | The pool has absorbed the first wave; sink absorption published and positive |
Experiments for the unvalidated assumptions
| Assumption | Test | If it fails |
|---|---|---|
| OpenSea indexes a Transfer from sync on a token whose transferFrom reverts | Sepolia, weeks 1 to 2 | Path B for DeCC0s; a display-only companion for followers |
| Marketplaces accept a companion whose image derives from the source art | Same test, derived image listed; ask OpenSea directly | A generated papers card with no source pixels |
| Holders run agents in their own harness | load completions and 7-day heartbeats; target 40 percent within 30 days | The budget engine still collects; the runner as one-command fallback |
| Latecomers buy $MOCA to meet the curve | Market buys per epoch versus embodiments per epoch after quarter one | Flatten the curve; extend the allowance |
| Awakeners accept IL for an endowment | Awakenings per preview in the first eight weeks; target 5 percent | Lower minimum; richer match; an L2 vault |
| Character-grounded playbooks resist market pull | Taste benchmark every epoch: purchases versus Codex taste versus volume | Tighten playbook rules; make the benchmark a criterion for canonical status |
| Agent content coins and sales earn anything | Ten creator agents publishing for one epoch on Zora | Drop the clearing house; keep creation as identity, not revenue |
| The holder base matches the Codex | On-chain count versus 873 | Re-plan onboarding around the real number |
| Draft standards stay close to their drafts | Monthly EIP review | Interfaces behind adapters; the mirror's own keys as source of truth |
